Wanda Radcliffe joined Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon in 1980 assisting in the field of personal injury law. In 1983 she went on to earn her Juris Doctorate degree from the Cumberland School of Law. Since returning to Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon in 1986, she has distinguished herself as one of the finest Personal Injury and Social Security Disability attorneys. Wanda is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida. She has earned the Great Manager Esquire Award by the Florida Bar and is recognized as the Top 10% of Personal Injury Attorneys by Lawyers of Distinction for 2016, 2017, and 2020.

For thirty years, Wanda has dedicated herself to helping her clients achieve a better quality of life. As a skilled and experienced personal injury attorney, she is known as a tough competitor, successfully settling and winning a wide variety of cases including auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and accidents from product defects.

A large portion of her practice is devoted to helping Social Security claimants receive the benefits they are entitled to. Wanda has practiced Social Security disability law for 28 years and wins over 90% of her cases. She is diligent in her efforts to help the disabled regain their independence after they have been turned down for Social Security benefits.

Wanda is actively involved in the legal community and is a member of numerous professional associations, including the Florida Bar, the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.

Along with Wanda’s active involvement in the legal community, she is also involved in the local community. She is a member of the Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Pensacola Beach Community Church, the Pensacola Ski Club, Impact 100, the Pensacola Beach Elks Lodge, Upper Room Church, and Pensacola Beach Community Church.
