Mr. Slattery’s practice is concentrated on lending aspects of facility and project finance. Mr. Slattery has particular expertise in financing healthcare facilities, commercial facilities and commercial and residential housing programs, working closely with lenders to underwrite and close transactions in a timely and professional manner. He has represented bond issuers, investment banks, commercial banks, private equity funds and equity investors in financing transactions including public offerings and private placements of debt securities, structured financings and commercial loan programs. Prior to starting the firm, he was a partner at Arter Hadden LLP.
Mr. Slattery was a manager at Peat Marwick and military pilot before starting his legal career.
