Additionally, Ms. Diglio-Benkiran dedicates a significant portion of her practice to the practice of Real Estate Law. For over 2 decades, Ms. Diglio-Benkiran has represented commercial and residential clients in real estate acquisition and sales, commercial condominium developments, homeowner/condominium associations, leasing, financing, and real estate related litigation cases. Her real estate law experience involves litigation cases (foreclosures, quiet title actions, partitions, ejectments, etc.), closings, transactional matters, tax deeds, homeowner associations, commercial development, and investor representation. Mrs. Diglio-Benkiran is a member of Residential Real Estate & Industry Liaison Committee for the Real Property Section of the Florida Bar, Central Florida Real Estate Attorneys Council, and The Fund. She is an authorized title insurance agent of CATIC, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, and WFG National Title Insurance Company. In addition to her memberships, Ms. Diglio-Benkiran was a guest educator and lecturer at several real estate agencies including La Rosa Realty, Keller Williams, and Coldwell Banker. During her time as a Partner at NeJame Law, P.A., Mrs. Diglio-Benkiran appeared on television as a legal commentator to discuss different real estate related topics and was interviewed by reporters from various newspapers concerning the then current real estate topics.
Among Mrs. Diglio-Benkiran most prized accomplishments is being a dedicated wife and mother, as well as being an ordained Minister.
