Jimin founded Solution Now Law Firm to build a law firm unlike any other. He prides himself on leading a team dedicated to providing personalized attention to each of his clients. His team will go above and beyond where most lawyers go to help their clients.
As a persuasive and successful personal injury attorney, Jimin helps car accident victims protect their rights to receive a fair and full settlement for their injuries and property damage.
Jimin’s husband was injured in a serious car accident, so she understands that being involved in an injury-related legal dispute can be a stressful and emotionally draining experience. She is dedicated to representing clients with compassion while aggressively fighting for their rights under the law.
Jimin has profound knowledge and experience in handling car accident cases, both complex and simple. Motorcycle accidents, side and rear-impact accidents, drunk driving accidents, bike accidents, e-Scooter (Lime, Bird) accidents, pedestrian accidents, Uber/Lyft accidents, and delivery driver accidents are just a few of the other case types that Jimin handles. She works with clients who have suffered soft tissue injuries, severe fractures, permanent scars, brain injuries (TBI), and more.
Prior to founding her firm, Jimin worked at the Santa Clara Superior Court with the Honorable Julie Emede. He also worked at the Santa Clara Public Defender’s Office, where he developed his litigation skills. In addition, she acquired competitive negotiation skills while working at the Katherine & George Alexander Community Law Center, representing clients in court. She then worked as an attorney at prominent Bay Area law firms, where she handled numerous high-conflict and complex personal injury cases.
Jimin received her Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List each year and earned a WITKIN Award in the Best Negotiated Settlement and Appellate Advocacy Award.
Throughout her career, Jimin has been very involved in volunteer activities. She has enjoyed donating her time to various organizations, including Christian Legal Society, Korean American Bar Association of Northern California (KABANC) and Immigration Law Society.
As an avid dog lover, Jimin would do anything for her furry babies, Latte and Pudding. She enjoys shopping for pet products online and going to the dog beach. Recently, she and her husband started a new hobby: gardening.
