Jane Swearingen Leger has been a Board Certified Personal Injury attorney serving clients in Texas for the last 21 years. She also obtained a $66 million award for injured industrial workers—this case also received an early partial settlement of $10 million. She has successfully argued before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court. She won a case involving insurance breach of fiduciary duty when customers of a Lavaca County restaurant became sick with Hepatitis A. This case went to the Texas Supreme Court on appeal, again deciding in favor of Jane’s clients.
