I come from humble beginnings.
As a result, on both personal and professional levels, I truly grasp that you have to work hard for what you want, and twice as hard to keep it. My family and I immigrated to the United States of America from the former Soviet Union when I was 4-years old. We all came with ambition and the hopes of living the American dream – sunny days and warmer temperatures being an added bonus!
I feel the most important part of being an attorney is communicating with your client while having total transparency. Some clients like to be part of each stage and others like it all done for them – either way, I keep them abreast of all processes and timeframes. I hear many client-attorney nightmare stories where everything could have gone differently had there been open lines of communication. Whether it’s good news or bad news, the importance is to be available and provide honest updates with accountable and fair pricing.
I take each case personally, treating clients as family. And while I continue to strive to offer exceptional services, I plan to never lose sight of my own humble beginnings and my family’s personal struggles understanding the law. I am constantly educating myself and using key performance indicators to measure myself and my client’s satisfaction. You will have my cell and outside of my faith and family, I am at your service.
