Megan N. Weides is an attorney at McCarthy Law PLC headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. She grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana and earned her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne. While in her undergraduate studies, Megan worked at various law firms as a Paralegal gaining valuable knowledge in different areas of law. She continued to work as a Paralegal while earning her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. While in law school, Megan received a student license to practice law under the supervision of the law firm she had been working for during the majority of law school. This gave her the ability to argue cases in front of the Michigan Court of Appeals 6th Circuit, Michigan District Court, and Indiana Superior Courts. After law school, Megan began to work in the private sector practicing family law. After seeing how much stress debt puts on families, Megan found her desire was to help people struggling to stay afloat financially. Being a part of the McCarthy Law team has allowed Megan to pursue her commitment to helping those get through a tough time in their lives. She will say the most rewarding thing about her job is hearing that client say thank you for changing my life.
