Mak McAllister is a resident of Toccoa, Georgia, where he grew up. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, magna cum laude from Piedmont College and a Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law. For his first two years of college he played baseball for Shorter College and then Piedmont College in Demorest. At Emory University’s School of Law he also earned a Transactional Certificate (a certificate certifying his practice readiness in transactional matters). While at Emory he also worked at several different firms in a number of practice areas including but not limited to: criminal and family law matters, personal injury and auto insurance law, estate administration, conservatorship and guardianship issues, real estate transactions and title searches, and contract negotiations and contract drafting for corporate counsels. Mak’s practice focuses on helping clients navigate the complicated and emotional arena of personal injury claims. He has established a strong reputation as a preminent trial lawyer that has been successful garninshing great results for his clients personal injury claims. In Mak’s spare time he enjoys being a family man, making his two-year old daughter laugh, and being involved in his church. He also enjoys wood-working in his small hobbyist shop, fishing on his home-town lake, and working out when his time permits. Mak is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and is licensed to practice in the state courts of Georgia.
