A Houston native, Mr. Hilbe attended Strake Jesuit College Preparatory, where he graduated with honors. He then went on to study finance as a student at the University of South Carolina Honors College. By the end of his undergraduate education, Joshua was eager to return to his hometown, where he began working in the district office of a local Congressman to help serve those in his community. While he enjoyed the opportunity to help his fellow Houstonians, he wanted to do more to advocate for his fellow man. While attending the University of Houston Law Center, Mr. Hilbe was very active in trial advocacy throughout law school and personally represented clients during his second year of law school in the immigration clinic. He competed in more than half a dozen interscholastic and intrascholastic competitions with a great deal of success, including winning the Hippard Open Intrascholastic Mock Trial competition at the University of Houston Law Center. For his outstanding efforts in trial advocacy, Mr. Hilbe was named to the Order of the Barristers upon graduation. Mr. Hilbe is a natural advocate who is not afraid to leave it all on the table and fight for his clients. He is no stranger to winning in the courtroom, and his passion for the law and compassion for his clients has given Mr. Hilbe the tools he needs to fight for the rights of those who have been injured.
