Katya counsels and defends employers in numerous employment-law matters, including discrimination in the workplace, disputes regarding restrictive covenants, wage and hour compliance, paid sick leave in Arizona, and medical marijuana in the workplace. Katya also regularly drafts and revises employee handbooks for employers. During law school, Katya served as a Third-Year Writer for the Arizona Law Review, competed in oral arguments at a national moot court competition, and participated in the employment law clinic.
