She serves on the young professionals boards for the Missouri Botanical Garden and was a founding member of the Young Friends of Brightside St. Louis. Chelsea is fluent in Spanish & speaks conversational French.

She also has served as a consultant for St. Louis-area legislators and policymakers, assisting with drafting legislation for consumer issues, environmental concerns, civil rights, women’s rights, and social justice.

Maria is a Los Angeles native who followed her passion by practicing in family law and is as devoted to the field as she is to those she represents. She graduated from the University of California San Diego where she received a B.A. in Political Science with a double minor in Law and Society and American History. Maria received her J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law and earned two “CALI Excellence for the Future” awards for the highest scoring student in Advanced Legal Research and Trial Advocacy III. Maria is also a Top 40/Under 40 member of American Academy of Attorneys, achieved by less than 1% of those nominated for membership.

Ryan Tarnow graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida and was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law where he was a member of the Business Law Review. Greg Rosenfeld was born and raised in Manhasset, New York. He attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in both English and Philosophy. While in college, Greg began volunteering as a Criminal Defense Investigator for the Boulder branch of the Office of the Colorado State Public Defender.

Upon graduating, Greg returned to New York to become a Criminal Defense Investigator for the Legal Aid Society’s Criminal Practice in Queens. In this role, he spent two years investigating hundreds of high profile felony cases.

Greg’s success in New York led to him receiving a full academic and public interest scholarship to the Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island. While in law school, Greg received numerous honors and awards.

Most notably, he was an editor of The Roger Williams University Law Review and a member of the Honors Program. Greg graduated magna cum laude from law school in 2011.

Public Defender Experience

Following law school, Greg moved to West Palm Beach, Florida, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in August 2011. He accepted a position as an Assistant Public Defender in the 15th Judicial Circuit Office of the Public Defender in Palm Beach County. During his four years at the Public Defender’s Office, Greg handled hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases. These cases included DUIs, burglaries, drug trafficking offenses, sex offenses, and attempted first-degree murders. Greg has tried more than 40 criminal cases.

In addition to his extensive trial experience, Greg has a well-honed appellate skill set. While in law school, he worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Justice Francis X. Flaherty of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. He also handled habeas petitions for death row inmates for the California Appellate Project. As a practicing attorney in Florida, Greg has argued in front of the Fourth District Court of Appeal.

Kelly L. Bill Skopelja was born and raised in Northwest Indiana, about 45 minutes outside of Chicago. He received his Bachelors Degree in English Literature from Purdue University in 2004 and his J.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 2007.

While attending NSU law school, Mr. Skopelja completed an internship at The Everglades Law Center. The ELC is a nonprofit law firm dedicated to representing the public interest in environmental and land use matters focused on preserving the Everglades and the Florida Keys. While interning at the ELC, he handled a wide range of environmental matters, including land use, wetlands permitting and the protection of endangered species.

After completing his internship in Environmental Law, Mr. Skopelja wanted to continue to be the voice of those in need. As such, Bill began his personal injury career at The Schiller Kessler Group in 2007.

Mr. Skopelja is licensed to practice law in Florida and Kentucky. He specializes in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death in cases arising from automobile and truck accidents, boating accidents, premises liability and products liability. Over the course of his career, Mr. Skopelja has handled thousands of Florida accident cases. His extensive legal experience ensures that his clients receive high quality representation.

Luis Garcia is a native of Puerto Rico and is fluent in Spanish. He completed two bachelor degrees, one in Accounting and another one in Finance, graduating with top honors, and became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) shortly thereafter. Afterwards, he joined UBS Financial Services Inc. as a Financial Advisor, where he successfully managed over $30 million dollars for multiple clients for over 5 years, earning multiple awards. Luis attended Law School as a night student while working full time as a Financial Advisor, and successfully earned his Juris Doctor (JD). Before starting his own personal injury law firm, he worked as a corporate and immigration attorney at Toppins Law Firm, P.C. He then joined Sibrian Law Firm, P.C. as a personal injury attorney. Luis is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas and is passionate about helping clients with their personal injury cases.

Attorney Mathew A. Work was born in Henderson, NV where he was raised by his single-mother and grandfather. From a young age Mathew understood the value of education.

Mathew attended the University of Nevada, Reno and earned a degree in economics, graduating summa cum laude. While in college Mathew was a collegiate athlete playing both lacrosse and football.

After college, Mathew moved to Washington D.C. where he attended graduate school at American University. Mathew worked on Capital Hill as an intern. Mathew was able to work side by side with members of Congress.

Upon leaving Washington D.C., he attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law on a full academic scholarship and graduated magna cum laude. While at Thomas Jefferson he earned the Jefferson Award, Witkins Award, Cali Award, Deans List and was selected as a teaching assistant as a result of his academic success.

Mathew passed the Nevada bar on his first attempt and accepted a position as an associate attorney where he successfully defended criminal cases at jury trial.

Mathew was then offered a job as a criminal prosecutor. This experience was invaluable. Mathew spent years trying cases and prosecuting criminal charges. His ability as a trial attorney consistently earned praise from the Northern Nevada legal community.

In addition to practicing law, Mathew is a Law Professor at the University of Nevada, Reno and Truckee Meadows Community College.

Attorney T.J. Brinson has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 member of the American Academy of Attorneys.

Attorney T.J. Brinson is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. Mr. Brinson was a former prosecutor in Jasper, Madison, Live Oak, and Lake City. Mr. Brinson brings an advantage to clients by being a former prosecutor. Mr. Brinson is a veteran, serving in the Army as a 19D Cavalry Scout during the Iraqi War. He performed duties as a driver and gunner of Humvees and Bradley tanks, earning the rank of Specialist.

Following his distinguished service to our country, Mr. Brinson attended Florida State University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in history. Afterwards, Mr. Brinson briefly enrolled in Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, before returning to Tallahassee to attend the FSU School of Law, making the Dean’s List in 2013 and graduating in 2014. Mr. Brinson studied at the world-renowned Oxford University in the summer in 2013, located in the United Kingdom.

Nicolette R. Nicoletti is the founder and managing partner of the Nicoletti Law Firm. She was born and raised in New Port Richey, Florida.  Nicolette attended Genesis Preparatory School and graduated salutatorian of her class.  She then went onto Saint Leo University for her undergraduate education. She graduated magna cum laude from the Honors Program with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.  While at Saint Leo University, Nicolette was President of Pi Sigma Alpha (Political Science Honor Society), Secretary of Alpha Phi Sigma (Criminal Justice Honor Society), and an active member of Delta Epsilon Sigma (National Scholastic Honor Society).

Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, Nicolette attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Florida, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree.  During law school, Nicolette was active in the John Marshall Bar Association and was named to the Dean’s List multiple times. Vanessa Motta was born in Caracas, Venezuela and grew up in Miami, Florida. She received her undergraduate degree with Chapman University with a double major in Dance and Pre Law. Rosendo Almaraz, Jr. is a Rio Grande Valley native, hailing from Weslaco, Texas.  Rosendo was raised by his parents, Rosendo Almaraz, Sr., and Herminia “Minie” Almaraz, a GTE cable splicer and a licensed vocational nurse.  Although his parents worked long, hard hours, they always made time for their family.  Along with his two brothers and sister, they led a healthy Christian life and never needed for anything, having their parents love and support always.  After graduating from Weslaco high school in the top 5% of his class with Honors,  Rosendo attended St Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, where he received both his Bachelor of Arts degree and Doctor of Jurisprudence.

After graduating and passing the Texas Bar exam in 2000, Rosendo began his legal career with the Hidalgo County District Attorney’s office as an Assistant DA.  Throughout the first 6 years of his legal career, Rosendo worked for a few firms throughout South Texas gaining the valuable experience and knowledge needed to open his own practice in 2006.

Gavril “Gav” Gabriel was born and raised in Downey, California, attending the public school system in Downey from Kindergarten through High School. Soon after graduating high school, he played football at the University of Redlands, eventually becoming a Preseason All-American. He also played football in Berlin, Germany for the Berlin Adler (Eagles) while studying abroad.

After graduating from the University of Redlands, Gav attended Whittier Law School, where he made the Dean’s list and excelled in Legal Writing, Sports Law and International Law. While at Whittier Law School, Gav was a judicial clerk in the Orange County Superior Court and certified law clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office in Torrance, CA. Gav also worked at Brady, Vorwerck, Ryder and Caspino, a firm that specialized in litigation, for almost seven years and finally as a partner at Construction Claims Law Group before opening up his own firm.

In addition to practicing law, today, Gav enjoys working out, playing his bass guitar, spending time with his family, his beautiful wife Michelle, and dog Leonidis. In his spare time, he helps organize his church’s Greek Food Festival in Downey, CA. He also passionately supports professional and collegiate sports teams including the Lakers, Raiders, Dodgers, LA Kings, LAFC, UCLA Bruins, USC Trojans and Redlands Bulldogs.
