Helen West joined the Buckley Law Group in 2016. She currently focuses on pharmaceutical products liability by assisting families who were injured by prescription drugs, as well as representing individuals who have been injured in car accidents. Helen was raised in Burkburnett, Texas and has always been driven by her commitment to helping others. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2013 where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management, and decided to continue her education at South Texas College of Law Houston. While attending law school, Helen had the privilege of serving as judicial clerk to Harris County’s 165th District Court, participated in the STCL Veterans Clinic, and clerked for a personal injury law firm. Duana Boswell-Loechel grew up in Moore, Oklahoma and moved to League City, Texas her junior year of high school where she attended and graduated from Clear Creek High School. Duana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology and Marine Fisheries from Texas A&M Galveston and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from University of Houston Clear Lake. After earning her BA, Duana took time off from school to start a family. When her twin daughters were a year old, she entered South Texas College of Law- Houston, where she earned her JD in 2004. She started her own firm, Loechel Law Firm, PLLC in 2005, where her practice focused on Probate, Family Law and Criminal defense. Duana is also a certified mediator in civil, probate, family and CPS cases. After closing her firm in 2009 due to Hurricane Ike, she worked for Lone Star Legal Aid until June, 2017. She was the Director of Litigation for family and probate for Legal Aid, but also represented clients in bankruptcy, Hague matters, landlord-tenant, public and subsidized housing, credit card defense, social security and public benefits, foreclosures, and appeals. Duana received a resolution from the Texas State Bar for Pro bono work in 2009 and in 2015, Duana obtained her board certification in Family Law and was voted one of Houstonia Magazines top 100 lawyers.

Ms. Williamson received a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from the University of Texas at Austin. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law and was licensed to practice law in 2015.
While in law school, Ms. Williamson was a member of the Inn of Court Texas Tech University School of Law Chapter. She also participated in Texas Tech’s Externship Program where she had the opportunity to work as a Full-Time Legal Extern at the Legal Aid of Northwest Texas in Fort Worth, Texas. She received a provisional law license while working for the Legal Aid and actively represented multiple clients as a student attorney.
Ms. Williamson was admitted to practice law in the state of Texas in 2015 and later, admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Southern District of Texas. Ms. Williamson is also a qualified mediator in the state of Texas.
After law school Ms. Williamson worked for a boutique litigation firm in Lubbock, Texas primarily handling real estate and contract disputes. Before joining Daw & Ray, LLP in September 2017, Ms. Williamson worked for a personal injury litigation firm in Houston where she actively handled a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through trial.

Matt Loving is an associate at Chamblee Ryan. Matt’s practice focuses on civil litigation in a wide variety of areas including commercial litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury and premises liability.
Born and raised in East Texas, Matt received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in Austin. While attending Texas Tech University School of Law, Matt served as Chairman of the school’s advocacy training program, and in 2015, won the National Pretrial Competition for Mock Trial and Moot Court. As a student, Matt received a grade distinction award for his performance in the school’s Commercial Litigation course, and participated in the Criminal Law Clinic located in Lubbock.

Shannon Locke is a Board Certified Criminal Defense Attorney. After working at a Fortune 500 company for three years, he attended the University of Arizona Law School and graduated in 2002. As an Assistant County Attorney in the Pima County Attorney’s Office, he prosecuted for the Misdemeanor Unit, the Vehicular Offenses Unit, the Property Crimes Unit and the Gang Unit. During his time with the Pima County Attorney’s Office, Mr. Locke first chaired fifty jury trials ranging from misdemeanors to gang crime. In 2005, Mr. Locke was the only prosecutor in Pima County to successfully first-chair two first degree murder trials.
After moving to San Antonio, Texas he worked in the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office. There, he prosecuted financial crimes in the White Collar Crime Unit. He recently left the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office and is using his trial experience and complex litigation skills. Nathan E. Inurria was born and raised in Houston, Texas where he graduated from Memorial High School in 2008. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus in American Politics and Law from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas in 2012. After graduation, Nathan spent a year working for Diabetes America and the Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston. In the fall of 2013, Nathan began law school at The University of Houston Law Center (UHLC) and excelled in his first year, participating in many school activities including Moot Court and Mock Trial Competitions organized by the UHLC’s Advocate’s Society. The following year, the Advocate’s elected Nathan to its Board as the Director of the Blakely-Butler Moot Court Competition where he successfully implemented the intra-scholastic competition. Maegen Fox grew up in the small hill-country town of Marble Falls, Texas. She earned her B.S. from Texas A&M University with a major in Human Resource Development and a minor in Business Administration. After graduating from Texas A&M, Maegen spent three years working as a human resource manager and advisor in the oil & gas and healthcare industries.
Maegen attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas where she earned her J.D. At South Texas, she was President of the Real Estate Law Society. She also participated in South Texas Mock Trial team competitions. Maegen also received the CALI Award for Excellence for her legal research and writing skills in Advanced Products Liability.
While in law school, Maegen gained experience by completing internships for the 308th District Court and Harris County District Clerk’s office, and by clerking for a law firm specializing in mass tort litigation.
